Obtaining up-to-date price lists and possible service discounts from suppliers of goods and services operating for this aircraft (on behalf of an independent company).
Analysis of planned large operating costs, as well as planned and recent costs for capital and unscheduled repairs of the aircraft, its key components, interior items and on-board equipment. Comparison of these costs with market rates obtained from existing and alternative service providers and contractors.
Checking the order and timeliness of payment of bills in order to prevent fines and penalties for late payments and the occurrence of overdue debts
Analysis of the expediency of existing one-time and renewable deposits on counterparty accounts and comparison of the received terms of service, forms and terms of payment with market benchmarks.
Analysis of the reasons for the longer-than-predicted passage of periodic and unscheduled maintenance with the development of recommendations for reducing downtime due to technical problems and an action plan for AOG (aircraft-on-ground) situations
Analysis of the effectiveness of the transfer of aircraft into commercial operation (for charter flights) during periods when it is not used for flights in the interests of the owner, and the development of practical recommendations to increase revenue from charter flights.
